What is The Pubg Store’s Return Policy?
All our products are customized and prepared as we receive orders, So we do not accept return, but you can raise support ticket at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving order, if you have received a damaged or defective product, and we will take back damaged product and ship you same new product at no additional cost.
If you receive damaged or defective item, it is necessary to send us clear pictures of the damaged items, and we will replace the damaged item and ship you new item after investigating.
For T-shirts, Crop Tops, Hoodies and other clothing items, we have size chart available on product page, we highly recommend checking size chart before ordering any clothing item, we do not take returns if size is not fitting. However if we have shipped you the wrong size item, then you can contact us and we will take the item back and we will ship you correct size item.
Actual product print may be slightly different from the image displayed on product page.
How do I send the product back?
You can send it back to us via a cost effective courier company or registered post. You have to bear the cost of sending item back to our store, we will refund your full amount when we receive item in our store. Refund will be processed through same mode
Reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following conditions.
- Product damaged when received.
- Product is defective in any way.
Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
Refund will be processed through same mode within maximum of 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order
